Returns & Replacements


Plugku wants you to be thrilled with your purchases. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with a Plugku item, we’re here to help.


1. Customer is responsible for goods condition checking through the delivery by poslaju representative on the spot. Strictly not signing the parcel should the item purchased isn't under good condition and contact us immediately.
2. Plugku is not responsible for goods the customer doesn’t like simply because of the goods in hands doesn’t match or fit what have presented on their screen. We strongly encourage customer to contact us for more product information.
3. Plugku is not responsible for goods that are made correctly whereas the order information are incorrectly provided by the customers.
4. Plugku is not responsible for prices guaranteed of any product. The price adjustment of Plugku products may differ from time to time without prior notices.
5. Plugku is responsible for goods that have wrongly sent to the customers.
6. Plugku is more than willing to address any of these issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner to achieve customer satisfaction towards Plugku. If the mistake is done by the customers, the customers acknowledge responsibility and assumes the cost of correcting any mistakes made.


Return instructions


You may return your purchases for refund or exchange by e-mail or contact our customer support.




1. As soon as you complete the payment, order will be processed in the twinkling of an eye. Please allow 2 to 7 days for any item purchased to arrive.
2. No cancellation/change of item will be allowed right after an order is confirmed.
3. Items will arrive after 1 weeks of the closing date and we will send the items to you as soon as the item arrive.
4. A full payment must be made within 48 hours to secure your order.
5. Full refund will be made should there be any out-of-stock.
6. Price quoted displaying is what supposed to be paid, there are no extra charges.
7. All pictures shown may be varying from the actual stock. If you are sensitive on this, please contact us for further product information.
8. Please order at your own acknowledgement and interpretation (the material, brand, design).
